The story created for you intertwines the history of the locality, Dubrovnik renascence villas in general, the customs of the Dubrovnik countryside villages throughout history, explanation of olive oil production by the villa olive mill, interesting information about the diversity of plants, their usage & myths, biology and beauty. Since 2010, she has played an active role in elevating Guerrero mezcal on both national and international stages.

Juan Pablo is a traditional music promoter, singer, and composer for film, theatre, and collaborative projects. He is also a dedicated advocate for preserving Cardenche music in Mexico and abroad, helping to keep this rare vocal tradition alive through performance and education.

Japan

The breathtaking beauty of a woman in a kimono is a memory many travelers carry home from Japan. Yet the kimono cannot be worn without its equally elegant counterpart, the obi—a belt-like accessory whose colors and patterns enhance the garment. In this hands-on experience, French fashion designer Clémentine opens up her world, sharing deep knowledge of kimono and obi through a relaxed creative workshop.

She’ll take you on a journey through time, explaining the evolution of these garments and how advances in textile manufacturing shaped their design. You'll explore different types of kimono, learn about their occasions and etiquette, and see up-close the textiles — brocade, silk, hand-dyed patterns — that make each piece distinct.

Then comes the transformation: choosing from Clémentine’s collection of vintage obi, you’ll design your own modern accessory — a pouch that breathes new life into traditional materials, letting you carry a piece of Japan with you.

While kimono remain an important part of Japanese tradition, many are worn only once — at weddings or formal events — then stored away and forgotten. Clémentine’s workshop honors these garments and the artisans behind them by giving the fabric new purpose.

Her shop is rooted in upcycling, but it’s more than sustainability: it’s about artful transformation. She selects obi with patterns too bold or ornate for modern daily wear, and turns them into striking, functional accessories. In doing so, she reconnects this heritage craft with everyday life.

A trained designer with a deep reverence for Japanese textiles, Clémentine approaches each piece with care. She believes this process honors the artisans who created the textiles, allowing their art to be seen, admired, and used once again. By guiding you to create something beautiful and personal, she invites you to participate in a living tradition — one shaped by both preservation and creativity.

This experience offers an unforgettable sunrise photography session in Cappadocia, where you will capture the mesmerizing spectacle of hot air balloons floating over the region's iconic fairy chimneys and valleys. Your journey begins with a hotel pick-up before dawn, heading directly to the balloon launch site to photograph the preparation and inflation process. As the balloons ascend, you'll move to a nearby vantage point, typically on a valley rim, to photograph the balloons silhouetted against the rising sun and the surreal rock formations. Afterward, you will seek out landing balloons, focusing on vibrant interiors backlit by the morning light. If balloon flights are canceled, the experience shifts to exploring the dramatic landscapes for breathtaking sunrise shots. Granada, Spain, is home to the Monasterio de San Jerónimo, a stunning Renaissance monastery known for its exquisite cloisters, intricate altarpiece, and historical significance. Founded in the 16th century by the Catholic Monarchs, this monastery blends Gothic and Renaissance styles, making it one of the most architecturally impressive religious sites in Andalusia. It also holds a deep connection to Spanish history, as it was the final resting place of Gonzalo Fernández de Córdoba, the renowned general known as "El Gran Capitán."

Monasterio de San Jerónimo

The largest (not highest) waterfalls in the world are located in Puerto Iguazu, Argentina. It's a breathtaking spectacle to hear, see and feel the masses of water cascading down the landscape, and along the way, you'll see beautiful rainbows, coatis, and birds.
To get there, you'll fly to Puerto Iguazú and stay at one of the local hostels. We took this colorful train to the falls, and then you hike a bit on very accessible trails. Take your camera, because you'll want to show these views to your friends and family back home. Later in the evening you can watch the sunset and have a nice view of the three-country border – a river that separates Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.
After visiting the Argentine side of the falls, you can take a trip to Brazil to experience the other side of the falls as well. On the Brazilian side, you can also visit a local botanical garden where you can observe mockingbirds, butterflies, monkeys, and other tropical animals.

A incredible waterfall scenary

Mexico City, Mexico, is home to the vibrant Coyoacán Neighborhood, a bohemian district known for its cobblestone streets, colorful colonial architecture, and rich artistic history. Once a rural village, Coyoacán has retained its small-town charm despite being part of the sprawling capital. It’s famously associated with Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, whose legacies are deeply embedded in the neighborhood’s cultural fabric. Today, it’s a lively hub for art lovers, foodies, and anyone seeking a more relaxed, authentic side of Mexico City.


1. Visit the iconic Frida Kahlo Museum (La Casa Azul), where the legendary artist was born and lived, showcasing her personal artifacts, paintings, and studio space.

2. Explore the Jardín Centenario and Plaza Hidalgo, the neighborhood’s central squares, surrounded by vibrant markets, cafés, and stunning colonial-era churches like San Juan Bautista.

3. The Coyoacán Market offers traditional Mexican street food, including tostadas, elotes, and the famous churros, alongside handcrafted souvenirs and local art.

4. Discover the Leon Trotsky Museum, the former home of the Russian revolutionary who spent his final years in exile in Coyoacán.

Visitor Tip: Visit on weekends for the liveliest atmosphere, but arrive early to beat the crowds at popular spots like La Casa Azul. Don’t miss trying a traditional café de olla (Mexican spiced coffee) from a local café.

Coyoacán Neighborhood

Mexico City, Mexico, is home to the breathtaking Palacio de Bellas Artes, an architectural masterpiece and the country’s premier cultural venue. Completed in 1934, this iconic palace seamlessly blends Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles on the outside, with a lavish interior featuring murals by Diego Rivera, Rufino Tamayo, and David Alfaro Siqueiros. Known as the cultural heart of Mexico City, it hosts performances by the National Opera and the Ballet Folklórico de México while also serving as a museum and exhibition space for visual arts.


1. The building’s stunning marble façade and domed roof covered in colorful glass tiles make it one of Mexico City’s most photogenic landmarks.

2. Inside, admire the famous Diego Rivera mural, Man at the Crossroads, originally commissioned for Rockefeller Center and later recreated here.

3. The Ballet Folklórico de México offers spectacular performances of traditional Mexican dance and music, making for an unforgettable cultural experience.

If you are in Georgia it's a must visit place here. Only 3 hours from Tbilisi and you are in the place of indescribable beauty.

Australia

The best thing about visiting Australia is that scenic views and spectacular nature are just a stone's throw away, no matter where you are. If you're in Sydney, you won't get a better view of the ocean than walking through Royal National Park and taking Bundeena Drive to Marley Walk.

Passing through scenic heathland with small trees, you'll soon come to a bushwalk through a denser forest. We saw many native bird species, including the famous cockatoo, had a dip in one of the pools along the way, and took stunning sunset photos as you look out over the wild ocean. The tourist highlight is Wedding Cake Rock, but our personal star was Marley Beach, a dreamy, hidden sandy beach where you can relax and dip your feet in the refreshing water.

You can rent a car and drive directly to Bundeena, but we decided to take the train from Sydney to Cronulla and from there take the ferry to Bundeena.

A short hike gets you to the picturesque pique which is gorgeous. Very pretty and worth seeing if on Maui.

Iao Valley

The Andalusian Centre of Contemporary Art (CAAC), situated in the historically rich Monastery of Santa Maria de las Cuevas on the Isla de la Cartuja in Seville, is a premier institution for contemporary art in Andalusia. Established in February 1990, the CAAC aims to foster research, conservation, promotion, and dissemination of contemporary art. The transformation of the former Carthusian monastery into the CAAC's headquarters in 1997 marked a significant development in its mission, blending the rich heritage of the site with the dynamism of contemporary artistic expressions​​. Why visit?
1. The CAAC houses a diverse collection that spans artistic trends from the mid-20th century to the present, featuring works by notable artists such as Luis Gordillo, Candida Höfer, and Louise Bourgeois.
2. The Monastery of Santa Maria de las Cuevas, where the CAAC is located, offers visitors not just art but a journey through history. The monastery, with its Mudéjar architecture, showcases the evolution from a religious site to a pottery factory by Charles Pickman in the 19th century, and finally to a contemporary art centre. This site has hosted Christopher Columbus and was a pivotal location in Seville's ceramic industry​​.
3. The CAAC is known for its engaging exhibitions, such as 'Stoner' by Andra Ursuta and 'Territory' by Giulia Cenci, which creatively utilize the chapel spaces. The gardens also house ombu trees, believed to have been planted by Hernando Colón, the son of Christopher Columbus​​.

CAAC: Modern Meets Monastic

The Agora Open Air Museum is a window into İzmir’s ancient Roman history, featuring the remains of a grand marketplace dating back to the 4th century BC. Nestled in the heart of the city, this archaeological site lets visitors wander among towering columns, ancient archways, and well-preserved stone structures, offering a glimpse into life in ancient Smyrna.
1. Visitors can walk among the remnants of an ancient Roman marketplace, experiencing its historical significance.
2. The well-preserved Roman columns showcase impressive classical architecture.
3. Fascinating underground vaults and ancient water channels can be explored.
4. Informative signs scattered throughout the site provide rich cultural and historical insights.

Visitor Tip: Wear comfortable shoes as the terrain can be uneven, and visit early in the day to avoid crowds and heat.

Agora Open Air Museum

Pyrgos is a trendy hilltop medieval village. It’s full of little winding, narrow streets constructed haphazardly on the hills alongside multi-colored houses and doors. We lose our way several times and keep looping back to the same point .. using that as an excuse to check out yet another local art gallery constructed unobtrusively into the hillside. 

During the 15th and 16th century, the locals defended themselves from pirates by erecting kastelias .. fortified buildings. Pyrgos has the best example of these medieval buildings on the island. It also has the oldest churches.

We stop at a home with a large blue door .. and the views are stunning but give an impression that Santorini is flat and covered by vineyards instead of being a caldera. 

The one fascinating feature of homes here is a long, deep chimney for ventilation. And the strong winds make howling noises through the chimneys.

In Pyrgos, we visited vineyards ... but that’s a different story.

Old Blue Doors

Nestled in the hills of central Crete, Spili Village enchants visitors with its traditional charm, Venetian-style fountains, and lush greenery. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing day trip to experience the island’s authentic culture and hospitality.

Spili Village

Museo dell'Opificio delle Pietre Dure, translating to "Workshop of semi-precious stones", represents much more than its name suggests. Founded in 1588 by Grand Duke Ferdinando I de' Medici, this museum showcases exquisite objects made from stone and is a leading center for marble inlay and art restoration. Top 3 reasons to visit:
1 - The Opificio delle Pietre Dure's origin lies in the establishment of a court-funded laboratory by Ferdinando I de' Medici. Initially focused on semi-precious mosaic work and inlays, the art form was notably used in the decoration of the Cappella dei Principi in the Basilica di San Lorenzo, the Medici family's final resting place. Over centuries, the workshop evolved, adapting to changing artistic tastes and eventually becoming a premier restoration workshop for a wide range of materials, not just stone inlay​​​​.
2 - The museum displays its collection thematically, focusing on the progression of "commesso fiorentino". You can explore artworks from various periods, starting with the Medici era to the mid-1800s. The upper floors offer insights into the craftsman’s techniques with stone samples, workbenches, tools, and production phases of intarsia and inlay work.
