What is the profile of the host?

Bruno Berthier is a painter with a background in sociology and experience in diplomacy. His work is characterised by thick brushstrokes and a bold use of colour. Coming from a family of painters of Italian origin, he grew up in Mexico City’s Coyoacán neighborhood and is passionate about Mexican and international contemporary art. He has a passion for travelling and spent many years couchsurfing and meeting people across Europe and Asia. He is a member of the Quinto Piso Collective, composed of numerous contemporary artists working in CDMX. This collective works to support each other and promote Mexico City’s exciting contemporary art scene.

Bruno’s Painting Studio. If you're staying nearby in Colonia Condesa or Roma, Citlaltépetl Street is centrally located and accessible by foot. Look for Amsterdam Avenue, which forms a circular path around Parque México. Citlaltépetl Street intersects with Amsterdam. It’s a short and pleasant walk surrounded by the tree-lined streets typical of the area.
