From there, the journey continues to a stunning viewpoint at the entrance of the Uspallata Valley near the Chilean border. Next, you'll ascend to a high-altitude estancia at 2,000 meters, where a traditional Asado a la Llama awaits. This open-fire meal is paired with wines from the estancia and El Enemigo—a remarkable match. Weather permitting, you’ll dine outdoors with sweeping views; if not, the fire indoors sets a warm tone. You'll eat, toast, share stories, and soak up the quiet magic of this extraordinary place. After coffee and dessert, you'll begin the slow descent back to Mendoza—with a full belly and a full heart.
