This is a sensory immersion in the heart of Cuglieri, an authentic Sardinian village rich in traditions and natural beauty. You will walk for about an hour through its narrow paved streets, breathing the scent of wild herbs while discovering hidden corners and breathtaking views from the Basilica of Santa Maria della Neve, the highest point of the town. Accompanied by Eva, you will learn to observe and collect the wild plants that grow spontaneously among the ancient stones and the surrounding fields, coming into direct contact with Sardinian nature and the history of the place.

After the botanic walk, you will experiment with cyanotype, an ancient sun-print technique to transform the collected herbs and flowers into a unique work of art, exploring a new connection between you and the soul of the place. The workshop is guided step by step by Eva, and you can bring your work home. After the creative experience, a taste adventure awaits you: the local panadas and a glass of wine.

You'll reconnect with nature and yourself by exploring the Sardinian landscape surrounding a traditional village and experimenting with your creativity through an ancient, sustainable artistic technique powered by the sun. The cyanotype technique, dating back to the 19th century, allows you to print on paper or fabric using sunlight and natural chemicals. An intense Prussian Blue emerges as the image gradually appears under the sun’s rays.

Botanical cyanotype does not require technical skills but unleashes your creativity through an intuitive interaction with Sardinian nature. All materials used are sourced from the surrounding landscape, collected during a walk through the stone-paved village and its nearby fields.

Erica De Ponti is a licensed guide with over 20 years of experience and a deep love for old-time Milan. Morocco

This is an exhilarating and demanding ascent to the Toubkal Refuge, starting from the village of Imlil. This demanding trek spans a total climb of 2500 meters (8,202 feet) to 3207 meters (10,522 feet) at the refuge, suitable for those with good fitness levels but does not require technical climbing skills. 

The trek passes the spiritual landmark of Sidi Chamarouch, a Muslim pilgrimage spot located in a very scenic place, before the steep climb to the refuge, set just below the summit of Mount Toubkal. Here, trekkers can enjoy a well-earned picnic lunch while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding High Atlas Mountains. 

This trek offers a challenging yet rewarding experience, providing both a sense of accomplishment and spectacular scenic beauty. This full-day trek typically taking about 8 hours. However, the pace depends on your comfort, and Ahmed's team will ensure the group moves at a speed that suits you.

The excursion begins in Imlil, about 1.5 hours by car from Marrakesh. If you’re staying in Marrakesh, Ourika, or similar, please arrange round-trip transportation with your hotel.

This trek to Toubkal Refuge offers you an up-close experience with some of the highest points in the High Atlas that are accessible without technical climbing. You’ll ascend into one of North Africa's most dramatic landscapes passing through natural and spiritual landmarks.

You’ll traverse ancient paths that have connected mountain communities for centuries and learn unique insights into the lives of the indigenous Berber people, whose traditions and lifestyles remain largely untouched by time. You'll experience the ecological diversity of Toubkal National Park, a sanctuary for rare alpine flora and fauna. On April 5, 2026, join an emotional journey into the Easter traditions of Bosa, one of Italy's most picturesque little towns. Its typical colorful houses give it an extraordinary charm while its ancient architecture offers fascinating views at every turn. On Easter, you'll immerse into a deeply evocative experience that blends sacred and profane in an atmosphere of intense spirituality.

Led by a local expert and seasoned photographer, you will discover how the community of Bosa experiences Easter as part of a collective ritual that welcomes anyone who joins.The images you will take won’t be simple photographs but records of a strong sense of community and the bond between the locals and their traditions.
The ceremonies of Holy Week date back to the Middle Ages and are linked to the Spanish liturgy, as Spaniards dominated the island for a long time.

Joining the procession, you will observe symbols of faith and the emotional participation of the inhabitants. 

Bosa’s Easter celebration reaches its emotional peak with S’Incontru (The Encounter), a procession that takes place at dawn on Easter Sunday. Two separate processions begin their solemn journey—one carrying the statue of the Risen Christ, the other bearing the Virgin Mary dressed in black. As they wind through the town's narrow, historic streets, led by locals in traditional Sardinian attire, the atmosphere builds with anticipation. The climax unfolds in Bosa’s main square, where the statues meet in a symbolic reunion. 

At this profound moment, Mary’s black cloak is replaced with a bright blue mantle, representing the end of mourning and the joy of resurrection. The Caves in Negril offers a unique and exhilarating experience for those seeking adventure in a breathtakingly beautiful setting. Perched atop honeycomb cliffs formed by volcanic activity, The Caves is a gateway to thrilling cliff diving and cave swimming experiences.

The natural structure of the cliffs at The Caves makes them an ideal location for cliff diving. The walls of the resort are a veritable museum of ancient fossilized marine life and provide a variety of diving spots. 

As guests at The Caves, we were encouraged to take early morning dives from the cliffs, with jumps ranging from 8 ft to 30 ft, and there's even a jump inside a cave for the more daring. 

Despite the excitement of cliff diving, it's important to approach this activity with caution. The heights can be intimidating, and the water can appear menacing, especially when the weather is not ideal. So be careful and always go with a companion.

Cliff Diving at the Caves

Tucked away from the bustling tourist areas, Güzelyurt Village provides an authentic glimpse into Cappadocia’s rural charm. This lesser-visited gem boasts historical treasures, friendly locals, and a serene atmosphere.
1. Underground Cities: Explore fascinating underground cities that once served as refuges for early Christians, featuring intricate tunnels and chambers carved deep into the earth.

Bosques de Palermo

Ecuador

Visiting Quito, a detour should be made to the “ACTUAL Equator” museum. Only a 50 meters from where it was thought the equator passed, this used science to actually find the equator. The tour guide explains a bit about Ecuador and then shows why this is the center of the earth, with a few fun examples. The water really does flush in the opposite direction in the Southern Hemisphere and apparently this is due to the Earth’s centripetal force.

Carved by the Dades River, the Dades Valley is one of Morocco’s most breathtaking landscapes, stretching between the High Atlas and Jebel Saghro mountains. Known as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs,” this region is dotted with ancient fortresses, traditional Berber villages, and dramatic rock formations. The winding road through the Dades Gorges is famous for its hairpin turns and spectacular canyon views, making it a must-visit for nature lovers, photographers, and adventure seekers.

1. Towering red and orange cliffs rise above the Dades River, creating a dramatic contrast with the lush green valley below. The ever-changing colors of the rock formations make sunrise and sunset particularly stunning.

2. A series of hairpin bends along the Dades Gorge road provides one of Morocco’s most thrilling drives. The viewpoint at the top offers breathtaking panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains.
