This is a spiritual and immersive storytelling experience that invites you into the mystical world of Sufism through music, narrative and spirituality. Set in a traditional riad, the evening unfolds in three parts: a guided lecture, a live Sufi music ritual, and an intimate dinner. This is an experience designed for the curious and contemplative. The session begins with a storytelling session inspired by the scholarly gatherings of Ben Youssef Madrasa. A trained and knowledgeable storyteller will introduce themes at the heart of Moroccan Sufism—divine love (Ishk al Ilahi), wisdom (Hikma), being (Wujud), and the interplay of perfection and imperfection.

Following this, a female Sufi music ensemble performs Hadra rituals—an ancient, rhythmic spiritual tradition using chants and percussion to evoke presence and devotion. Eventually, you will continue the discussion with the storyteller in a warm, reflective setting.

This experience is modeled on the structure of traditional Sufi gatherings—where knowledge is shared through presence, rhythm, and intimate dialogue. This 3-hour photography experience focuses on three neighborhoods in Valparaíso: Barrio Puerto, Cerro Concepción, Cerro Alegre. Delivered as a walking tour, the experience includes a break for coffee and empanadas.

Starting in the historic port enclave, you'll warm up by photographing street markets and cobblestone lanes lined with houses that have withstood countless earthquakes. Then, ascend to Cerro Concepción aboard a 100-year-old funicular to witness the improbable geometry of a city built on 42 hills. David will guide you through the vibrant streets, pausing to capture murals, ornate doors and sweeping vistas.

At each photo stop, David shares stories about the city and its people. He explains the symbolism behind motifs and reveals hidden messages tucked into the city’s art and architecture. Greece

Step aboard a boat in Porto Lagos and enter Lake Vistonida and its lagoon within Nestos National Park, one of Greece’s most spectacular wetlands. You move across a protected sanctuary where over 260 bird species appear across the year. Dalmatian pelicans, white-headed ducks, herons, flamingos, spoonbills, and kingfishers can be seen across the seasons.

The boat moves through channels and open stretches of this protected landscape, where birds gather and feed. You’ll pass colonies of herons and cormorants. The draw is not only the number of species but the density of life: large flocks gather here in migration and winter, making their flight and reflections across the water part of the spectacle itself.

Midway, you reach the lakeshore for a simple meal prepared outdoors, based on local Thracian recipes, meat or vegetarian, and fresh vegetables from nearby farms. You eat overlooking the water, then return on board and continue your journey across the lagoon.

A calçotada is a seasonal Catalan ritual (November–April) centered on the communal roasting and eating of calçots - sweeter, elongated onion-like shoot cultivated in trenches.  

You’ll depart Barcelona in private car, into the Catalan countryside. Your destination: a working garden where calçots (pronounced kal-sotz) are grown, harvested and prepared over open fire. 

Along the way, you’ll stop at the Royal Monastery of Santes Creus, a medieval Cistercian abbey built in 12th century, with Gothic cloisters, royal tombs and austere architectural purity.  

At the garden, you’ll meet the farming family and learn about the cultivation of calçots. Then comes the feast: calçots grilled until the outer layers blacken, wrapped in newspaper to steam and eaten by hand — peeling away charred exteriors and dipping each stalk into romesco (or a similar sauce). Expect to get your fingers messy, and partake in what is, by design, a convivial, generous meal. This is as farm-to-table fresh as it gets.

A calçotada is a food experience that is sociable, traditional, delicious, and playful. It’s about ritual, regional identity, rural air, fire, laughter, wine, and the earth that grew your food. The ritual of gathering friends for a gluttonous afternoon to eat them defines Catalan winter life in rural areas. Growing up on the city’s outskirts, it wasn’t until returning after time abroad that he saw it anew. “It was as a young and independent adult with an arts and architecture degree, and with the enthusiasm to explore — that I realized how beautiful, diverse, and interesting my city is.”
For Tiago, connecting with a culture means full immersion. “You have to experience it with open eyes, heart, and mind,” he says. That means talking to locals, walking unfamiliar routes, listening more than looking. “Lisbon isn’t just to be seen, but touched, smelled, and tasted.” It’s not a checklist—it’s a presence.
He also names two challenges: First, Lisbon’s historic neighborhoods are deeply distinct—each like its own mini-city. “Lisbon is multidimensional. It cannot—and should not—be rushed.” Second, mass tourism threatens the local character he cherishes. Responsible travel, he says, is essential to preserve the culture.
As tourism evolves, Tiago points toward Lisbon’s under-known strengths. “Gastronomy, street art, tiles, contemporary architecture… there’s so much more to discover!”
